America's Best Dance Crew is completely homophobic. The all-girl group Sass X7 was fucking TERRIBLE and the judges even said so. The two groups with obviously gay men Distorted X and Fanny Pak are bottom two.

The judges loved them both.

Steven Mackin touched so many lives. He also was Mr Bear Kentucky and very active in the bear community around here.

Now, his mother along with his sisters and a friend formed a not-for-profit organization to support research for the disease - since it is one of the least researched cancers out there. And his mom is one of the sweetest, nicest, funniest people I've ever had the joy of meeting. I have to tell you - It breaks my heart to see her strugglingto get this off the ground. I went back and read through his journal entry described in the one above. It makes me wish I had the physical ability to cry .. but for some reason I don't. But this isn't about me, it's about the link above which is a charity dedicated tot his rare form of cancer called Ewing's Sarcoma. You can read about it on Wikipedia here. It's effects truly are devastating and further research is needed into not only this buy many other cancer foundations.

I urge you ... donate what you can. If this man can touch me in a few paragraphs, imagine what all the other people dying of this disease could do.

I voted. I read Jameth's journal and everything in this post is true. Vote for this candidate in the livejournal election!

There is a LiveJournal election going on and many of you don't even know about it. A board that advises livejournal is seeking a user representative to speak on our behalf. This is the first time this has ever happened and so all kinds of crazy people are coming out to play.

Let me tell you why I'm voting for </a></a>jameth.

I've been following </a></a>jameth's journal for years now and I really enjoy how honest and open he is with his friends list. He consistently gives everyone a chance to speak and often goes out of his way to help others. He is the epitome of what I love about LiveJournal and his style of journaling, especially his interaction with his friends, inspires me everyday.

Many have made the mistake of thinking that since </a></a>jameth is funny that his candidacy is a joke. I promise you it is not, and it really breaks my heart thinking that someone else would be representing me because we didn't take </a></a>jameth seriously when they see an image like the one above. I respect him and take him very seriously, and I made that image above!

I'm not going to get into his education or experience (he is well qualified to sit on an advisory board) because you can read all that on his journal if you are interested. You can also read the many endorsements but people who can write such things better than I ever could. I will however say this:

This is a pretty easy one. I'm a christian. I don't tend to go so far as to associate with one part of Christianity or another because I don't feel I completely belong to one. Part of being a christian is believing in God and that Jesus, or Christ, is our savior.

Now here's why I don't belong to any part of Christianity specifically. I don't think Jesus was the "water into wine" guy that most of the population believes he in. I think he was a guy with a great message who saved a lot of lives. Maybe miracles did happen, maybe he didn't, but we're all better for simply listening to his message.

I was an altar server for years ... I think about 6 years to be exact. Then I saw the Kevin Smith movie Dogma when I was about 14 and a crisis of faith came pretty quick. I explored my Jewish ancestry, read my older sisters Wiccan books and even went and hung out at a Bhuddist temple. It helped me build what I think are a pretty solid moral values and spiritual beliefs.

I could go on forever about this as I love theology. I'll spare you though. It's a hidden passion ;-)

I don't like reading old livejournal posts of people who are now in jail that include my name, and my resemblance to someone else who is also in prison.

It's fucking creepy.

I went on a reading spree of old LJ posts, back to when I was all emo about Kim, and breaking up with Rusty ... It all seems like someone elses life.

I'm homesick and wish I had my old group of friends here. I think I miss Kim Shawn Scotty and Meghan the most. I love those people a lot in completely different ways. I'd go into it more but I just don't feel like explaining it. The most unique relationship was for sure with Kim. We acted like a couple ... when alone ... but never were. It was such a comfortble and unique dynamic. I miss it a lot. The safe cuddling was nice. Although now I have my husband to cuddle with and he's quite safe.

I guess I just miss the comforts of my old home.

I'm usually not a fan of the "Punk Goes..." series of CD's but the last two have been really, really good.

Punk Goes Acoustic, Vol. 2 and Punk Goes Crunk

Mind you the only punk band on either of these is Anti-Flag but I don't care, the term is so subjective now anyways. There are some pop punk bands on there for sure so that works. It's not like Blink 182 was ever a punk band, they were pop and we all know it.

Tirade ... heh.

But yeah, if you like fun music, and on Punk Goes Crunk some really FUNNY music, you should look these up.

Some covered "Crunk" songs are "Put Yo Hood Up" - Lil John covered by Set Your Goals (genius!) and "Umbrella" - Rihanna covered by All Time Low. You'll notice that All Time Low and Atmosphere are the big buzz bands lately on MTV. Way to catch the boat a little late on that one.

Oh, and the two best songs on Punk Goes Acoustic are Don't Be So Hard by The Audition and Three Cheers for Five Years by Mayday Parade. Punk Goes Acoustic introduced me to both of those bands and I CANNOT stop listening to A Lesson in Romantics by Mayday Parade. It's 12 radio ready songs, I'm fucking serious.

You've been my best friend since last summer, and I'm so torn up that I'm leaving you I barely want to think about it.

You've been my anchor more then a couple times, and you're the first friend I've had I've felt I can tell anything to and you won't judge me for it. Thank you Scotty for being there for me when I needed you, and I only hope that you feel the same about me.

Some of the best times I've ever had were standing at the bar at The Wellington with our beers and making fun of everyone around us. The wrestling match still makes me laugh, and you introduced me to a world of people I thought I never would have met otherwise. You helped me come out of my shell, and accept that I wasn't just another wallflower.

We share something in common which is unique only to us, we're the exact same height. It helps when you're partner in crime and drinking buddy can support you after a long night without you having to hunch down.

Thank you for being my friend. I only hope that, even though I'm moving, we can always stay in touch and keep making fun of people. I never want to replace you, you're one of a kind.

I was writing a lot more then and had just written a song and since I'm in love with myself I chose to find a couple words from it that I liked. Thus came simple_defeat. Blake Lewis is really bothered by Sangina Malakar. Actually, he's probably just bothered by everyone that is more popular than he is!

Last week, Idol runner-up Lewis was on the radio talking about how "boring" David Archuleta is, even though David seems to be one of this season's crowd favorites.

Blake was also open about disliking Malakar and has even called the American Idol viewers "ignorant" for voting for him.

Blake called Sangina a very "disrespectful little kid", saying he was “disrespectful of people’s boundaries” and since he “didn’t have a father figure in his life” he needed to teach Sangina a lesson. He claimed at times he would even lock Malakar out during the American Idol tour.

During an interview with WAPE FM 95.1 in Jacksonville, FL, Blake revealed that the only reason Sangina even made it through was because his sister made the cut. Originally, Sangina didn't make it but when his sister passed the producers decided to add him back in. Or so he claims.

Blake continues that he was never a fan of Sangina and that he should have never been on the show. "Why is this little kid that's just annoying on the show… I don't think he should have been on the show at all. It's just bad for television, terrible, terrible television."

I guess I should let everyone know what's going on in my life? I'm moving May 1st to Charlotte which is exciting. I've so far shipped ... one box. Go me! I need to ship more ... a lot more. IT'll cost about 400$ to ship all my shit, which isn't too bad.

Work is good too. I work 7 days a week, 5 at Guess and 2 at Chryslers for no less than 8 hours. And yet, I'm broke always. Not great but meh. My social life is also pretty non-existent. I miss going out with Scotty and hanging out with my friends in general. I see them once a week for a few hours maybe.

That's it really ... Just be chillin' knowin' my fashun.
